The Integra® Rat Pak Tie Down features a built-in soft hook on the fixed end for looping around handlebars, frame tubes, triple-tree clamps and other structures. Tie down is constructed of an abrasion-resistant nylon webbing with two vinyl-coated hooks. Overall length is 5-1/2'. Assembly strength of 1,200 pounds with a 400-pound working load limit. Sold in pairs.
